First the corn is blanched, then given a velvet coating, and quickly stir-fried with ground cumin and ground chilies. It’s a delicious twist on a popular side dish.

Speaking of corn, I think many people know that this is a common ingredient. There are many ways to eat corn. Corn is one of the staple foods of people in some parts of China. So, what are the health benefits of eating corn? Corn contains a lot of dietary fiber, which can effectively promote intestinal peristalsis. Corn contains sugar, so you can choose to eat some in moderation. It also contains starch, which may cause gastrointestinal discomfort if eaten with indigestible foods. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid eating corn with hard to digest foods.
Whether it is a staple food or a side dish, corn can win people’s love with its unique taste and flavor. At the same time, corn is also an affordable and easy-to-obtain ingredient in China, so it will appear in most Chinese home kitchens.
