  • 4 ml 盐
  • 20 ml 油
  • 40 ml 水

Method
 

  1. 准备好食材。把豆角清洗干净,去除头部尾部。
    200 g 豆角

  2. 把豆角切碎。

  3. 鸡蛋去壳，在鸡蛋液中加入白胡椒粉2ml，盐1ml。搅拌均匀。

  4. 在锅中加入20ml油，放入豆角。豆角炒到变色后加入3ml盐，40ml水。

  5. 使用中火，翻炒至水分几乎变干时，加入蛋液，快速翻炒至蛋液凝固。

Notes

烹饪豆角时需要注意的是，一定要把豆角烹饪成熟，当豆角只有50%的成熟度时，食用之后大概率会有豆角中毒的反应。
