Today in my Chinese home kitchen, I will cook Chinese deep-fried pork ribs. This is my first time to deep-fry pork ribs. Let us learn to make deep-fried pork ribs together.
Remove the ginger and minced garlic from the marinated pork ribs.
Pour some cornstarch in a bowl to coat the ribs. The amount of starch is determined by the number of ribs.

Heat the oil in your wok, and while waiting for the oil to heat up, coat each rib with starch.
When the oil temperature reaches 180 C (356 F), put the ribs in the hot oil for frying.
Turn the ribs several times to avoid burning. Fry until golden brown and remove.
Reheat the oil. Put all the golden ribs in the hot oil and fry for the second time, turning to ensure even cooking.
Remove the ribs after 1 minute. Drain the oil.
Season with the spices of your choice and you are done.

Notes
Marinating the ribs for a longer time will give your pork ribs a stronger garlic flavor. If you like other seasonings, you can use it instead of garlic.
If you use a lot of pork ribs, please deep-fry them in batches.
The second deep frying is to make the pork ribs more crispy.
