It requires very few ingredients to use, the whole process is simple, and it does not take you too much time, even if you have little free time, you can complete the dish. The pork tenderloin is sliced thin with a knife, cut into triangular pieces, marinated and the fried in hot oil.
Cut the tenderloin into ⅛ in. (3-5 mm) thick slices along the grain, then cut into triangular pieces.
300 g pork tenderloin
Rinse. Drain completely.
Add salt and white pepper to the pork and stir well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Add starch to the marinated finished pork. Stir to combine.
25 g cornstarch
Fill the wok about ⅓ of the with cooking oil. Heat to 265°-300°F (130°-150° C). Then use a medium-low heat, put the pork in hot oil, fry until golden and crispy, remove and drain the oil.

It's a dry dish, so we need to drain as much as possible.
Be sure both sides of the pork are evenly coated with starch.
When the pork is fried in hot oil, be careful not to let it stick together.
