When Chinese people think of pork, they always think of pork ribs first. Pork ribs are a delicious part of pork, how do you like to cook ribs? Fried, boiled, barbecued, or other cooking methods? Today in my Chinese home kitchen, I will cook Chinese deep-fried pork ribs. This is my first time to deep-fry pork ribs. Let us learn to make deep-fried pork ribs together.

According to scientific research, pork ribs contain protein, fat and vitamins, which can provide calcium for the elderly and children.

- corn starch

- Cut the pork ribs evenly (whatever length you like). NOTE: Ask the butcher at the meat counter to cut these for you. Rinse well.

- Chop the garlic cloves and ginger slices.

- Squeeze the pork ribs dry, add ginger, minced garlic, salt, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Stir well and marinate for 1 hour or longer.

Cooking Chinese deep-fried garlic pork ribs
- Remove the ginger and minced garlic from the marinated pork ribs.

- Pour some cornstarch in a bowl to coat the ribs. The amount of starch is determined by the number of ribs.

- Heat the oil in your wok, and while waiting for the oil to heat up, coat each rib with starch. When the oil temperature reaches 180 C, put the ribs in hot oil for frying.

- Turn the ribs several times to avoid burning. Fry until golden brown and remove.

- Put all the golden ribs in the hot oil and fry for the second time, turning. Remove it after 1 minute. Drain the oil.

- Season with the spices of your choice and you are done.

Notes
- Marinating the ribs for a longer time will give your pork ribs a stronger garlic flavor. If you like other seasonings, you can use it instead of garlic.
- If you use a lot of pork ribs, please deep-fry them in batches.
- The second deep frying is to make the pork ribs more crispy.
- Be careful of hot oil.
- The finished fried ribs are really fragrant.
