My Chinese Home Kitchen has always been dedicated to sharing healthy and delicious dishes. But sometimes, we also share some “weird” dishes, or fried snack foods. Like our recipe with fried pork ribs, it got a lot of visitors. It was popular. Today we’re going to share Deep-fried Pork Tenderloin.

Deep-fried pork tenderloin can be used as a snack, and if you want to share the snacks you make for your friends, then it’s a good choice. This dish requires very few ingredients, the whole process is simple, and it does not take you too much time. So, even if you have little free time, you can complete the dish.
The whole dish only requires pork tenderloin as an ingredient, and the tenderloin meat is simply handled with a knife. Then it is marinated while you heat the oil. After marinating, coat each side of the tenderloin pieces with cornstarch. Then we turn and tumble the pork in the hot oil until it turns golden brown. Once on a plate, you can serve it with tomato sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce. It makes a great party snack.
